I'm a writer and photographer from San Francisco, California who's passionate about making information about climate and the environment more accessible. I believe that the more people realize how they intersect with the environment, the better the chance we have of mobilizing to fight climate change.
I've been taking photos since high school when I got a camera to call my own. I worked for three years with The Beacon, the University of Portland's student journalism organization, where I got to dip my toes into photojournalism, journalistic writing, and podcasting.
I am currently an on-call producer for "Forum," KQED's live morning call-in radio show that gets broadcast to the Bay Area and throughout the state.
If I'm not adding more books to my TBR list or diving down Star Wars rabbit holes, you can probably find me out in a garden somewhere with a camera in my hands.
